Agreement
By using Arc Strategy LLC's website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Arc Strategy provides campaign technology infrastructure including phone systems, email programs, voter data, and VAN integration. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by your signed engagement agreement.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent on our intake form, you agree to receive text messages from Arc Strategy and/or partner campaigns. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, to harass others, or to circumvent any compliance requirements (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state laws).
Limitation of Liability
Arc Strategy provides services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond the fees paid in the prior 30 days.

What We Collect
When you submit our intake form, we collect your name, email, phone number, campaign stage, areas where you need help, and anything you share in the message field.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement, and — if you check the SMS consent box — to send you text messages relevant to your campaign or partner campaigns.
SMS Program
Phone numbers collected for SMS outreach are used solely to send you messages you have consented to receive. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary.
How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us deliver our services (e.g., dialer platforms, email infrastructure) under contracts requiring confidentiality, and where required by law.
Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing kevin@arcstrategy.us. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link.
